Operation is automatic and there is no regular maintenance other than keeping the strainers, skimmer boxes and Pool sweeps clear of leaves and debris.
If your pool equipment fails, we often detect it and warn you that it needs maintenance. In this case, please contact Pool Energy who will quote you for a repair or replacement and make sure that any replacement is compatible with the system.
If you wish to have others repair the failed component, please make sure that they replace like with like and do NOT change the type of component or reconfigure the system. If they do this incorrectly and the Intelligent Pool Controller or the new equipment are incorrectly set-up as a result, the system may not operate correctly. If we have to make a site visit to rectify the problem, this visit is chargeable.
